DETAILS

Bar Minimums
A $200 minimum is required for the first hour of service, with $150 minimum per hour required for the second and remaining hours of the bar service. Groups of 50 and under utilizing the lobby/break out room only will be subject to a decreased minimum of $100 for the first hour and $75 for all remaining hours.

Deposit Policy
A deposit equal to estimated labor charges is required and will be applied toward the final bill.

Staff Charge, Gratuity and Sales Taxes
Minimum two (2) staff members required at $12.50 each per hour for events fewer than 100 people. One hour added to bar service length (i.e. 4 hour bar service = 5 hours of labor). Additional Bartenders may be required based on the size of the event and special requirements.
