Bar Minimums
A $200 minimum is required for the first hour of service, with $150 minimum per hour required for the second and remaining hours of the bar service. Groups of 50 and under utilizing the lobby/break out room only will be subject to a decreased minimum of $100 for the first hour and $75 for all remaining hours.
*Additional bars require a set up fee of $200 per bar
Staff Charge
Minimum two (2) staff members required at $12.50 each per hour for events fewer than 100 people. One hour added to bar service length (i.e. 4 hour bar service = 5 hours of labor). Additional Bartenders may be required based on the size of the event & special requirements.
Deposit Policy
A $500 deposit is required to secure pricing, and will be applied toward the final bill. Service charge, gratuity and sales taxes An 8% Service Charge and 19% Gratuity will be added to the alcohol total. The service charge includes glassware, supplies, and operating costs. Prices do not include sales tax, which will be added to the total. (As of October 27, 2010, Silverthorne sales tax is 7.775%.)
